Tom Klamet


Born in Munich and raised in the beautiful south of Bavaria, I grew up at my parents restaurant before I started my culinary journey with an apprenticeship as chef. From there on my travels continued around the globe until I found my second homeland, Switzerland. There I live in the outskirts of Zurich with my lovely wife and my beautiful children.  

The last decade I worked for the great catering company Franzoli in Zurich. Today I work as consultant, food stylist and private chef
My kitchen style consists of a wide variety and the mix between cultures - almost everything is possible. 

Being a passionate chef, I love working with the best available local and ecologically acceptable global ingredients.
