Born in Munich and raised in the beautiful south of Bavaria, I grew up at my parents restaurant before I started my culinary journey with an apprenticeship as chef. From there on my travels continued around the globe until I found my second homeland, Switzerland. There I live in the outskirts of Zurich with my lovely wife and my beautiful children.
The last decade I worked for the great catering company Franzoli in Zurich.
Today I work as a private chef, consultant and chef tournant. My kitchen has no specific style due to its wide variety and the mix between various cultures - almost everything is possible.
Being a passionate chef I love working with the best available local and ecologically acceptable global ingredients. I live and love my job.
